“From Generation to Generation: Encountering Germany” is the third collection of essays written by the alumni of Germany Close Up. In this volume, the former participants, all Jewish-American students, and young professionals, reflect on their relationship with Germany and how this has been formed both by the experiences and perceptions passed down by their families, as well as by their own personal encounters.
