The phenomenon of exercising abstinence among men is associated with the short-term „nofap“ today. However, it never has been said until now that it is a very difficult and hard way to get unused to the habit of chronic masturbation. While many people still either use to laugh at the matter or ignore it altogether, there are very few people really dealing with the matter. Adam Eve-Servant disagrees, stating that the matter is very serious, especially since a chronic masturbation habit is likely to consume an awful lot of time. By publishing this diary, the author strives to provide inspiration and additional input to what can basically be called the „nofap movement“.
