Basing on the International Symposium "Mycorrhiza for Plant Vitality", in honour of late Professor Dr. Fritz Schonbeck, this book fits into the main objectives of the recent European research network of COST Action 870 (From production to application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in agricultural systems: a multidisciplinary approach) increasing the knowledge needed for the practical implementation of mycorrhizal fungi in plant production systems.
