During a discussion in his Biology class, he casually shares his opinion concerning these topics. But from the moment he protects ten-year-old Theo Haselbach from a pack of rowdies, his convictions are shaken. Because Theo has Down Syndrome. The only son of a single-parent career woman, Johnny comes to know the child’s lively family, gradually opens up in the affectionate atmosphere, and even falls in love with Lisa, Theo’s elder sister. One day, Johnny wants to find out why his father disappeared without a trace eleven years ago. He stumbles over a secret of his mother, and suddenly nothing is the same anymore.
