Hidden beneath the big eyes and innocent-looking faces often lurks a pug who has waddled to the wrong side of the tracks. Petty theft, bribery, fraud, vandalism, even lewd and lascivious behaviour are well documented in the mug shots of these pugs caught in the act of their pernicious crimes.
