The book is the research outcome of a project whose main objective was to propose alternative options for evaluating the retail production processes of the branches of one of the largest banks operating in Slovakia. The dominant tool for solving the optimisation problems is a data envelopment analysis that enables banks´ managers to optimize the use of their branches` resources.
