This book is designed to examine mainly the achievements and challenges of Southern African Development Community (SADC). SADC has recorded various achievements in the region. Regarding this, it has enhanced the development of infrastructures and gender equality among member states. In spite of these achievements, SADC is facing several challenges. Among others, poor political and economic cooperation are highly manifesting in the region.
