This volume is the first of two featuring hagiographical narratives from medieval Central Europe, focusing on saints from the 10th to 11th centuries. It includes English translations of their legends, critical editions of the Latin texts, and discussions on textual traditions, along with an appendix reviewing their hagiographical literature.
