It examines their impact on four key criteria: schedule, cost, quality, and dispute resolution. Utilizing a two-stage questionnaire survey, the research aims to provide guidelines for further studies and assist professionals in understanding critical factors affecting project outcomes. The findings offer valuable insights into both the success and failure aspects of construction projects.
