Virtual Victory: The Influence of Post Modern Warfare on Post Conflict Operations: Is Defeat Necessary to Start Phase IV

Focusing on the interrelationship between new warfare strategies and post-conflict operations, this monograph examines how the acceptance of defeat by civilian populations is crucial for successful reconstruction efforts.
