Exploring Activities & Pedagogy Reflective of Progressive Education

Focusing on the lack of access to progressive education in a Northeastern U.S. school district, this study investigates effective pedagogical practices and activities aligned with progressive education principles. It highlights the necessity for educators to grasp these principles for successful implementation. The findings led to the creation of a multi-day training program for educators, aiming to enhance their understanding and application of progressive education. The study suggests that improved access and knowledge could foster positive social change within the educational community.
