Amid changing societal values, the Air Force has implemented a campaign to reinforce its core values among members. This research evaluates how well mid-level officers embody these values and their ability to instill them in subordinates. It includes a historical context of American values, an analysis of the shift from absolute to relative values, and the Air Force's response to these challenges. Using questionnaires and interviews, findings indicate a strong integration of core values among officers, suggesting they are well-equipped to promote these principles within the ranks.
