Roman Sunset

Set against the backdrop of a crumbling empire, the story follows abandoned civilians struggling to survive after the Roman legions march off to distant battles. As enemies invade their towns, the remaining inhabitants face starvation and violence. A retired soldier and his family take refuge in an old cavalry fort, where they are joined by a village headman and a brewer with his daughter. Together, they must navigate the harsh realities of survival and forge a new community amidst the chaos.
