The Man in the Red Jacket

Set in 1855, a young boy named Hassan Qaderi embarks on a journey from Bombay to London, carrying only a jeweled dagger, a copy of The Pickwick Papers, and letters hinting at unimaginable wealth. Accompanied by his Afghan uncle Ahmet, Hassan's arrival at East India Dock marks the beginning of an adventure filled with hopes and dreams, as he navigates a new world filled with possibilities.
