Drawing on research and personal experience, the author emphasizes the importance of critical and creative thinking skills in managing these conflicts. The lack of conflict management training for staff nurses highlights a gap that needs to be filled. The author aims to develop a workshop for staff nurses during Annual Competency Day in the PACU, equipping them with essential skills for effective conflict resolution.
