The Egyptian Box

Upon moving into an inherited old house, Tee Woodie and her family uncover a mysterious parcel containing a shabti box from her great-uncle. Inside, they find a vibrant wooden figure wrapped in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. Tee's inquisitive younger brother, Charles, deciphers the hieroglyphics and reads them aloud, inadvertently unleashing a series of strange occurrences. The story intertwines themes of family, curiosity, and the supernatural, as the siblings navigate the consequences of their discovery.
