Utilizing Grounded Theory and theme-focused interviews with managers, it reveals distinct country-specific models influenced by decision types, time-related factors, and conflict. The results highlight both convergence and divergence in participative management approaches, integrating these insights into existing research for a comprehensive understanding of the topic.
