As summer began, Tony and Brent thought they would spend it planning for the upcoming Boy Scout Derby. That was before they discovered an old man, who was both blind and deaf, in a rundown house. They befriend the man and find help to relocate and rehabilitate him. The old man becomes an important part of their summer activities and even joins them at the Boy Scout Derby.
