This is the story of: Chase Larsen, an aging adventurer, and a biker who wants to know why his sister is dead. Joe Keel, a Seminole Indian trying to conserve his people's lands. Shana McLain, a beautiful paralegal disillusioned with the system. Miles Hickman, a sociopathic scientist who discovers how to control lightning and make diamonds. Dominick Wilding, a grasping attorney who recognizes the world power he can control with this discovery And Brian Cavenaugh, a South African agent searching for a formula for disaster They are all brought together by Yokche, the turtle. The adventures of these people take them from the Seminole lands in the Everglades to glitzy Palm Beach, Daytona, during bike week; and eventually to North Florida and St. Augustine. Chase and Joe team up, and use both the Indians and the biker community to solve the riddle of Sophie's death. Along the way they discover a greater threat, one that could topple governments all over the world.
