This book is about the time from 1939 to 1958 in Germany, under the Nazis and Communists. lt describes the way the Nazis groomed young German boys for placement in the Armed Forces. It continues on about the Russian invasion of Berlin, living in East Germany, and the escape to the West, just before the Berlin wall was erected.
