During the summer of 1954 Ludlow Falls is celebrating its Sesquicentennial. The entire town has turned out for the birthday party. But if it were up to Shorty Long, Mary Gordon, Lake Jagger, and Lord Baltimore, the party wouldn't go according to plan.
