In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde das Aufwärm- und Rückkühlverhalten verschiedener HTSL-Bandleiter systematisch durch Experimente und Simulationen untersucht. Verschiedene Simulationsmodelle werden vorgestellt und auf ihre Eignung zur Nachbildung der typisch auftretenden Vorgänge im Supraleiter überprüft. Daraus werden Empfehlungen für geeignete Simulationsmodelle abgeleitet. Durch die Variation einzelner Parameter werden verschiedene Einflüsse auf das Übergangsverhalten des Leiters untersucht.
