Many Asian countries are undergoing rapid economic growth and social transformation. Industrialization of these countries has caused increasing concern over sustainability management issues. As a result, industry and business are called upon to act responsibly for the protection of the natural environment and the cohesion of society. In line with the principles of environmental management and CSR, the 7th Euro-Asia Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management was jointly organized by the IMRE program of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany, the Tourism Management Department from the Business College of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and the Tourism and Cuisine College of Harbin University of Commerce, China. As the first part of the Tourism, MICE, Hospitality Management and Education Session of the conference proceedings, this book contributes to academic literature by presenting 30 papers on recent research findings of more than 60 researchers from both Germany and China in environmental protection, foreign trade, agriculture development, and technological innovation. As a pioneering work about Euro-Asian cooperation on CSR and environmental management, this book may become a guideline for responsible business operation. It deserves careful reading and should find numerous readers.
