The Garden of Eve

Relocating to Beaumont with her father, Evie grapples with the town's eerie reputation and her own disbelief in fairy tales, particularly after losing her mother. Despite her skepticism, she encounters a boy who insists he is dead and receives an unusual seed for her eleventh birthday.
