Yesterday Never Dies

Set during an 1847 opera revival, the story unfolds with the ghost of Blaise Thibodeaux appearing as predicted, leaving narrator Reynolds to unravel the mystery in the absence of his friend Auguste Dupin. Upon Dupin's return, they gather seven individuals to venture into the Fontainebleau forest at night, aiming to realize Thibodeaux's "temporal resonance." However, the enigmatic Comte de Saint-Germain has his own grander plans, adding layers of intrigue to this historical fantasy tale.
