Jedna z najlepších kníh,ktoré uzreli svetlo sveta! Samozrejme nie len táto,ale hlavne jej ďalšie pokračovania..Maasova je bohyňa fantasy a táto kniha vás emocionálne zničí!!
Kniha je vhodná pro čtenáře, kteří mají rádi fantasy a hledají něco odpočinkového a nenáročného. Hlavní hrdinka mě bohužel příliš neoslovila. Často působí velmi sebevědomě, ale její činy tomu ne vždy odpovídají. Zdá se, že autorka se snažila vytvořit postavu, která je zároveň silná a zranitelná: drsný zabiják se zálibou v nakupování šatů a slabostí pro roztomilá štěňata. Tento kontrast ale na mě osobně nepůsobil příliš přesvědčivě. Také svět, ve kterém se děj odehrává, bych uvítala lépe rozpracovaný, místy působí poněkud ploše a nedotaženě. Největší výtku ale mám k jazykové stránce knihy. Velké množství gramatických chyb výrazně narušovalo plynulost čtení a celkový dojem z příběhu.
