Tim Macartney Knihy

Carlile Aylmer Macartney was and expert on Hungary and the Habsburg monarchy. He was a Research Fellow of All Souls College for nearly three decades. He also worked for the League of Nations Union and the Foreign Office. His work centered on the history and politics of Central Europe.
