The study involved 193 employees at a Northern University in Canada, revealing that hierarchy culture was the most common, followed by adhocracy, market, and clan cultures. It established a significant relationship between organizational culture types and employee outcomes such as stress, productivity, and enjoyment of work. Notably, those in clan cultures experienced the least stress and highest productivity and enjoyment, while market culture employees reported the opposite. The findings offer valuable insights for organizational leaders regarding culture's impact on employee well-being and performance.
