Focusing on the strategic planning factors influencing church-run schools in Zimbabwe, the research zeroes in on Sacred Heart Jesuit College in Chinhoyi Diocese. Employing a pragmatic approach, it gathered data from a diverse group of stakeholders through questionnaires and interviews, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. The study identified various strategic factors affecting the development of Roman Catholic schools and provided recommendations to address the challenges encountered in their growth and effectiveness.
