Focusing on social representations, this research explores Afro-Colombian childhoods through children's stories aimed at educational inclusion. Utilizing qualitative methodology, the study analyzes six stories to reveal how these childhoods remain marginalized, with limited representation of cultural diversity. The findings highlight the challenges in finding relevant narratives, reflecting the broader ignorance of Afro-Colombian culture and the scarcity of accessible information online, ultimately emphasizing the need for greater visibility and inclusion of diverse childhood experiences in literature.
