Laird Stevens

Autorova tvorba je hluboce propojena s hudbou, láskou a filozofií. Zpočátku formován zvukem klavíru, jehož se naučil hrát, později prozkoumává složitosti lidské sexuality a hledání skutečné lásky. Tato cesta skrze osobní zkušenosti a literární objevy ho přivedla k filozofickým úvahám o povaze poznání a pravdy. Jeho díla se zabývají otázkami inspirace a kreativity, inspirovány Platónovým konceptem „božských šílenství“, a zkoumají, jak tyto transcendentní síly ovlivňují lidské bytí a uměleckou tvorbu.

For seven straight years, I took my son to Paris for a month each summer. The Paris I know is the Paris that he loved. Paris for Kids is a combination of things: it's both a paperback and a set of 45 videos. The book is essentially a transcription of the videos. It contains no pictures, but only information. It contains details not only of kid-friendly sites, but also instructions on how to get there, which metro exit to take, what direction to walk after you exit the metro, and so on. I also show you the best places to stay, which metro and bus lines are the best, and what to avoid. By contrast, the videos focus on visuals. The idea is to watch the videos first, and then take the book with you all over Paris. Once you buy the book, you should send an email to parisforkidsvideos@gmail.com with a proof of purchase to the book, and I will forward you the set of videos that you can install on your computer. There is no extra charge for this. This edition is in black and white, and so while it isn't as pretty as the color version, it is considerably cheaper. And all you're missing are the color maps! Remember, though, all the videos are in color.
