This collection of 12 offbeat gay-erotic “Adult Bedtime Tales” — by the former art director/staff photographer for Advocate MEN magazine — features twin bodybuilders at a Mexican resort, recuperating space-pilots, a gymnastics star seduced by his coach, celebrating samurai, '50s rough-trade hustlers, cowboy ghosts, a collegiate callboy, a visiting fireman, an urban cowboy stalked by a vampire in leather and chrome, centaur rustlers, and Navy swabbies servicing their deck officer. The anthology concludes with The Roman Fling of Mr. Stone, a contemporary retelling of Tennessee Williams's 1950 similarly titled novella — with equally star-crossed protagonists (three men this time).

This second anthology of gay-erotic stories and a novella by Fred Bisonnes takes readers from Pompeii in 79 AD to the now of online dating. The title tale is set in Rio de Janeiro, other locales ranging from Taormina to Des Moines to Appalachia to Santa Fe. Among the protagonists are a deaf mute, ice-skating Russian demigod, heavily tattooed hillbilly, bodybuilder ex-Marine security guard and two Roman sex-slaves. The novella, “Secrets of the Mystery Tomb,” tells of the 1926 discovery in Egypt by professor/student male lovers of the intact burial of one of antiquities most notorious personalities.
