Chosen before the world's creation, Jesus's identity is reaffirmed in Revelation: "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty." Perspectives on Jesus vary; some view Him as a prophet or revolutionary, while believers recognize Him as the Son of God, the Alpha and the Omega.
