Über das Buch: Aufgerüttelt vom drohenden Krieg gegen den Iran, mit der Frage, was ein einzelner Mensch tun kann, um kommende Kriege zu verhindern, entschloss sich Sabine Lichtenfels im Juni 2005 zu einer Pilgerreise. Sie gab ihren gesamten Besitz ab und ging los, weite Strecken zu Fuß und ohne Geld. Sie aß, was man ihr schenkte, und schlief dort, wo man sie einlud, oder im Freien. Ihr innerer Motor war die Entscheidung, die Strukturen aufzuspüren und zu verändern, die im Äußeren zu Krieg und Gewalt führen, zunächst im eigenen Inneren. Sie entdeckte dabei eine Kraft, die immer klarer und heller in ihrem Inneren leuchtete. „Grace“ war ihre große Entdeckung: eine Verbundenheit mit der Schöpfung, eine ethische Orientierung, die sie befähigte, immer genauer und vertrauensvoller der inneren Stimme zu folgen. Sie besuchte Friedensgruppen, nahm Teil an Meditationen, hielt Vorträge. Von Deutschland führte ihr Weg über Österreich, die Schweiz, Slowenien, Italien, Griechenland, das Ziel hieß Israel/Palästina, das heilige Land. Hier leitete sie im November 2005 eine Gruppe von Israelis, Palästinensern und Internationalen, die zu Fuß durch Israel und die Westbank ging. Es kam zu Hilfsaktionen und ungewöhnlichen Begegnungen; Mauern der Angst und der Wut, die lange verschlossen waren, öffneten sich. Mit großer weiblicher Autorität und Direktheit beschreibt eine Frau ihre Schritte gegen den Krieg. Es ist eine wahrhaftige und tiefe Humanität, die hier spricht. Grace wurde zu einer Kraft, die Mauern überwinden kann, zu einer Macht, die dort wirken kann, wo Menschen ganz zum Frieden und zur Selbstveränderung entschlossen sind. „Es gibt eine Kraft, die stärker ist als Regierungen und Armeen, denn sie ist beheimatet in den Herzen aller Menschen.“

In ihrem Buch führt Sabine Lichtenfels durch den Steinkreis von Tamera, der für eine Friedensgemeinschaft steht. This book circles around a new starting point for peace between the genders and from there proposes "a new “genesis”. The authors do not take just a theoretical standpoint but draw on more than 40 years of life experience and work as founders and members of a radical community project. They offer a new, multi-faceted paradigm of the relationship between men and women. With this new paradigm they turn the switch in the primary settings within the social structures of our time. We know from chaos theory and research in other scientific areas that very small changes in an equation can lead to totally different final results. This is also true in the human milieu. If the paradigm presented in this book start to be accepted by more and more people, the evolution of mankind can change direction to develop into a deeply humane human being, who is able to access huge creativity in order to build a totally peaceful society. There will be no more losers, no suppression of other peoples, no cruelty against animals, no sexual violence, no fear, no wars. While this might sound like a nice fairy tale, it is in fact a real possibility. The book is published at exactly the right time. The global war between the genders has reached a peak. The foundations of our societies are breaking. Our world has become leaderless and the consequences are hysteria, loss of orientation, blame and accusations of either secret or open violence.
