Více o knize
English Summary To determine and evaluate the machinability properties of the unmachined parts, machining experiments have to be conducted. However, the way of how the machining experiments (e. i. machine tool, setup parameters, workpiece geometry) are conducted, strongly influences the result of the inspection. Hence, to identify subtle differences in the machinability between different batches of unmachined parts, machining experiments have to be designed for the respective application and the results of different material batches need to be compared directly. In order to design the relevant receiving inspection, including the machining experiments to determine machinability properties of unmachined parts, an analysis of the existing process chains as well as of the demands on the finished part is necessary.
