Towards confederation in the Horn of Africa

In this book Professor Tesfatsion Medhanie explores the possibility of confederal relations between Ethiopia and Eritrea. Such an arrangement could become the nucleus of a Horn of Africa confederation. The author discusses the obstacles at present and the necessary condi-tions for success in this regard.
