Více o knize
After a first workshop on methods in proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (pMRS) in 2010, several researchers met for a second workshop on pMRS in Tübingen in September 2011. Some of the speakers prepared manuscripts with extended material of their workshop contributions. These manuscripts are presented in this proceedings book. They describe details from recent research projects in the field of pMRS in more details than it is usual possible in common scientific journals. The contributions in this proceedings book have a common interest in improvements of the quantification of spectra. They deal with different aspects of quantification: the reduction of baseline influences, the stability of spectral evaluations after resampling the large amount of data which build individual spectra, the combination of informations from localized chemical shift imaging data and conventional high resolution imaging data, improvements in the acquisition of non-water suppressed spectra and the difference between measured spectra and fitted data from large barin areas. All these research results show that the in-vivo pMRS is still a large developing field with a strong potential for further improvements.
