This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Human-Computer Interaction, Tourism and Cultural Heritage, HCITOCH 2011, held in Córdoba, Argentina, in September 2011. The 14 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from various submissions.
