KM (Kinemantra Meditation) is an easy and effortless learnable, as well as an easy and effortless usable deep relaxation technique, that regenerates and vitalizes body and psyche. KM uses the MPM (Mantra-relevant Psychosomatic Muscle-test) that is used only by doctors, psycho-therapists psychologists, and medical practitioners on the basis of the autonomous regulation-diagnosis.
