Stojí za to i když jste viděli film. Je to óda na lidi, kteří nebyli líní jít do detailu a udělat si vlastní názor. A jako taková ani kniha samotná se nebojí jít do detailu a pozornému čtenáři docela dobře vysvětlí, jak celý trh kolem subprime půjček fungoval/funguje. Přestože se trochu věnuje i osudům hlavních protagonistů, tak v hlavní roli je trh. Jak to začalo, jak se to nafouklo a jak to prasklo. Dechberoucí čtení.
Možná jste viděli brilantní film natočený na základě této knihy. V knize najdete stejné postavy, velmi podobné zápletky i silné momenty boje těch, kteří viděli nesmyslnost realitního trhu v USA před jeho krachem, proti celému finančnímu systému. Kniha vám vlastně nepřidá příliš nového, ale je skvělá a pro zájemce ještě podrobněji popisuje složitost instrumentů, které krizi spustily a kterým pořádně nerozuměl nikdo ve finančním spletenci. Jen se připravte, že pasáže ve filmu podané z vany Margot Robbie budete muset zkusit pochopit i bez bublinek a šampaňského.
