Victory Park

Photographer Arnis Balcus examines Latvian identity, historical taboos and social-political agendas. In photobook “Victory Park” he focuses on a particular location in the Latvian capital of Riga. The park has a complex history, overlaid by different governments and cumbersome social realities.
