Poměrně obtížné téma, které ale bylo zpracované citlivě, čtivě a s pochopením. Některé pasáže se trochu táhly a hlavní hrdinka byla časem už maličko otravná. Na druhou stranu to bylo vlastně realistické, protože životní situace se taky táhnou a lidi neumí ovlivnit míru svých psychických problémů. Možná nečtěte v létě na dovolené, uronila jsem při čtení pár slz.
Půlnoční knihovna je kniha, která by mě normálně (tolik) nebavila, ALE když jsem ji začala číst, byla jsem mentálně velice blízko svému dnu. Každý den byl náročnější než ten předchozí a Matt Haig mi prostřednictvím Půlnoční knihovny ukázal, že na to nejsem sama, že žádná změna v minulosti by automaticky neznamenala větší štěstí.
