Industrial policy in Morocco and its potential contribution to a new social contract

Industrial policy-making in Morocco is became more systemic, values dialogue with private sector and competitiveness. Yet, hurdles remain, regarding monitoring and evaluation, inclusion and implementation. If these weaknesses are addressed industrial policy could contribute to a new social contract.
