Více o knize

When little things have big impacts. This book is for anyone feeling like they’re sleepwalking through life, seeking answers to challenging emotions and practical tools to create the life they desire. If your honest response to “How are you really feeling?” is a vague “blah” or “I don’t know,” take a moment to breathe and realize it’s not just you; it’s the accumulation of experiences over the years. You may not feel like you’re thriving or fully engaged in your own life due to the build-up of life’s scrapes and bruises, leaving you feeling “not ok.” Emotional illiteracy, microaggressions, difficult family dynamics, toxic positivity, and gaslighting contribute to what I term ‘Tiny T’ trauma. This often leads to issues like high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, comfort eating, and sleep disturbances. Many of us have been misled into thinking that ‘Tiny T’ trauma doesn’t matter, overshadowed by larger global problems. However, these small, everyday injuries can create an undercurrent of melancholy and anxiety, especially when contrasted with others’ seemingly perfect lives on social media. Life doesn’t have to be suffocating. We owe it to ourselves to cultivate Awareness, Acceptance, and take Action on our ‘Tiny T’ trauma, regardless of its perceived size, and start living each day as we truly deserve.
