The U.S. Atlantic fleet races to intercept a rogue Russian submarine, funded by ISIS, poised to launch a missile attack on the East Coast. A missile strike on a convoy leaving the U.N. headquarters kills several diplomats, including the American ambassador, revealing the assailant as Mark Alperi, a disgraced former special forces operative.
