Sofie can't seem to find the voice she keeps hearing. It's not in the hall, or over the fence. It seems to follow her everywhere. When she lays down at night, it talks about all the things she has done that day and every moment it is with her. It sounds like her voice, but her mouth isn't moving, and she knows she isn't talking. Who is it that keeps talking to her?
