What do you do when your dog doesn't think he's a dog because he just hates other dogs that much? Meet Sparkey, the loveable Bull Terrier rescue dog, who wants to be a human. Sparkey loves to do all the things that humans do. But he snarls and growls at other dogs. Sparkey is sent to Doggy Boot Camp where he learns to be a better dog.
