Exploring the relationship between strategic leadership and employee outcomes, this study focuses on how dimensions like client centricity and operational efficacy influence creativity and performance. It emphasizes the role of trust as a mediator in these relationships. Findings indicate a positive correlation between strategic leadership styles and both employee creativity and performance, suggesting that while trust is significant, other factors also contribute to enhancing creativity within organizations.
