With an eye to the future

The focus of this study is on the Government of the Republic of Belarus's strategy for regional development through 2025, aiming to reduce the number of underperforming regions by 18. It outlines plans for investment projects in towns with populations over 80,000, including the establishment of unique industrial sites and medium-sized enterprises in each district. The initiative includes benefits for regions to foster new industries, emphasizing efficiency and the establishment of at least one successful company per region. The study explores the practical implementation of these plans.
