Focusing on the economic offender, this study examines their legal, criminological, and social dimensions, particularly in relation to the reintegration goals outlined in Article 25 of the Spanish Constitution. It provides a theoretical framework for understanding the legal figure of the economic offender and synthesizes their criminological profile. The analysis includes a critical examination of the controversial "Sandro Rosell Case," exploring the associated crimes and the implications of the longest preventive imprisonment in Spain's legal history.
